I Speak From Experience

I've been in leadership for decades. I've run a State-Owned Enterprise in the South African Presidency, reported to President Thabo Mbeki, and represented South Africa on global stages from Harvard to the World Economic Forum.

There are very few leadership problems that scare me.

Phase 2: Coaching Journey (3–6 months)

  • 12–18 sixty-minute coaching sessions
  • Goal-driven, practical, and outcomes-focused
  • Tailored to your specific leadership challenges

Phase 3: Integration & Feedback

  • Mid-point review with coachee (and stakeholders if required)
  • Optional 360-style feedback from key colleagues
  • Final review and next-phase planning

Ongoing Executive Support

Throughout the engagement, you receive:

  • Daily WhatsApp access for real-time support
  • Curated leadership resources (articles, tools, podcasts, reading)
  • Mentorship on business strategy, people challenges, and conflict
  • A confidential sounding board for critical decisions and conversations
Practicalities Coaching is via Zoom—anywhere in the world.
First session: 90 minutes | Ongoing: 60 minutes.
